A full body intense workout which combines boxing techniques, strength and conditioning exercises. Bag sequences, body weight drills and strength excercises.

BRYKFLEX

A hybrid class split 50/50 between HIIT and STRETCHING. Improves cardio respiratory endurance, strength and flexibility.

A high-intensity cardio class with nonstop circuits and a powerful core blast. Builds endurance, burns fat, and leaves you feeling unstoppable.

BRYK STRENGTH

A resistance training workout focusing on lifting techniques when lifting heavy weights thereby aiding the base of your bryk wall. Recommended for all levels.

BRYK CORE

A mix of high intensity, low impact, stabilising & balancing exercises. Corrects muscle imbalances, strengthens core and posterior chain. Foundation for your BRYK WALL. Recommended for all levels.

AERIAL YOGA

A unique blend of traditional yoga and airborne acrobatics using a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. Enhances flexibility, builds core strength and tones muscles. Suitable for all levels.

BOXING

A skill based boxing class with focus on perfecting your boxing technique. Suitable for all levels irrespective of prior boxing experience.

KICKBOXCON
